Refund policy

Under EU consumer protection law, customers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, balaclavas and other facewear products cannot be returned or exchanged once the sealed packaging has been opened.

Non-hygiene items, such as accessories and keychains, may be returned within 14 days after delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ikigairacewear.com, and we’ll make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If a shipment is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address, was unavailable for delivery, refused delivery, or failed to collect the parcel from the carrier or collection point, any original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the returned parcel has been received and inspected, we may refund the product price only. If the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, a new shipping fee will apply.
